Cordyceps: Drink! Chicken-of-the-Woods: Drink! Turkey Tail: Drink! Oysters: Drink! Cordyceps again, DRINK! :) Very entertaining show, just don't overthink the mushrooms... :/ Or maybe DO overthink it... maybe it's a multi-species fungal infection that's taken over the human species??!

BTW Season 1 Episode 3 = Awwwwww <3 <3

The Enterprise goes to a planet and gets infected with spores that make them fall in love & Spock gets a woman! Admittedly this might be about “plants”, but let's pretend it's about an alien fungus. ?I’m still wondering why Captain Kirk saved them from it?

BEST MUSH-HUNTER MOVIE EVER! Elderly men hunt for mushrooms, sharing an intimate look into their Italian world of truffles. I laughed, I teared up, I wanted to go outside to hunt. The mushroom hunters – quirky men – totally made sense to me. 

Beautiful documentary about fungi. B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.  but then the second half of movie obsesses over psychedelics :/ BUT cheers that this movie gets people excited to FUND research for fungi! Yes! Yay research!

A grieving woman goes with her boyfriend to a Swedish mid-summer festival. Their relationship is crappy. Anyway, they consume a psychedelic drink (mushrooms?) and participate in a cult-like ritual. Yadda yadda yadda – people get killed. Okay, so this isn't a movie about mushrooms, but I think it's quite brilliant and complex. Imagine the feeling if you'd allowed yourself to scream along with your friend? How freeing! (and potentially annoying.) Anyhoo, I haven't met a man who likes this movie! Yet I have so many female friends who love it. Hmmm. 

Paul Stamets states ways fungi can save the universe. Pretty sure all mushroom enthusiasts watch this at some point.
